What happens if you cannot save me money?
It is very rare that we are not able to save you any money at all as most businesses will not actively monitor every area that we cover or have access to the sort of pricing that we are able to obtain. We offer many different services so if you are unsure that you would benefit from a full review, why not test our pricing by using us for a One Deal Wonder offer. We also offer you the reassurance that your costs have been independantly audited so you have confidence that your staff are getting you the best prices at all times.
How do I know you really are Cost Saving Experts?
Why not try us and you may be pleasantly surprised! We have been working in this area for many years and are confident we will be able to help you reduce your costs. We have many different pricing structures if you want to try us first and please contact us with any enquiries and we will respond quickly.
Do you recommend a site visit or can everything be done online?
We always like to meet our clients and get to know you a bit better and that helps us to assist you better. We are also conscious that we are in the business of saving you money, which is why we have designed our programme to operate just as well remotely, giving you the opportunity to get the same great service, but at a reduced price.
Are your recommendations only based around the cheapest price?
We are extremely concious that although price is an important factor, there are always other considerations to any business decision such as service standards, the knowledge of the supplier and their ability to go that extra mile when you need something urgently. We will always allow for this in our Cost Saving Review and will not recommend vendors only on price, if we feel that they do not offer a satisfactory service.
Do I need to use the companies you recommend?
No. Our unique point is that we do not partner with other suppliers and sellers and we do not stock any products, so our advice is not biased towards any particular supplier or product. You are free to use any company you like to supply your goods, we just offer you some better and cheaper alternatives. Other companies that offer to save you money will normally be partnered with other businesses and will push certain items which offer them the most profit or help them shift old stock.
Can I use your services more than once a year?
We recommend that after the initial Cost Saving Review that we visit you again in 12 months time to repeat the process, as pricing can change dramatically during that time, but if you would like to reduce your costs further, you can use us as many times as you wish.
There are other companies that offer a similar service, how do I know yours is the best?
Although other companies may look to offer the same service as us, in reality they have partnerships set up so will always recommend their favoured supplier over another or they are geared up for larger businesses and want to charge a lot more for their service. We are the only Cost Saving company that is willing to advertise our prices upfront because we feel they offer true value for money. Where is the logic in offering a Cost Saving service if our own prices are so high we are ashamed to display them?
I am concerned about sending you all our companies costs and current suppliers?
The more information you send us, the easier it is for us to look into saving you money. But we do understand that some information can be confidential and we can work aroudn this. For example, instead of sending us details of all your photocopier costs, you can send us general information about the photocopiers you have on site, the number of toners you use and an indication of the prices you are paying. We can then look to find you cheaper toners based on beating your indicated price, we do not need to know your current suppliers or see any of your invoices.
We operate a very small copmpany but think we need your help?
We evaluate every company on an individual basis and will assist you with your purchasing decisions and cost savings. If you business is so small that we feel that we are unable to save you more money than you would be spending with us, we would inform you of this before the Review process and would not expect any payment from you at all. Our service is completely risk free to everyone.
