Our Onsite Cost Saving Reviews take place at your premises at a date to suit you. Once the Review meeting has been confirmed, we ask that you to download and complete the Cost Evaluation Summary document. This document will list your current spending habits so we can calculate your current spend and investigate potential savings. We recommend that the document is completed two or three weeks in advance of the Review meeting to give us time to work on your areas of potential saving.
When our consultant comes to your site for your meeting, they will go through the potential cost savings that we have found for your business. They will highlight other areas in your Cost Evaluation Summary document where we can assist you and seek to answer any questions relating to how your business is run, why you use certain suppliers and what contracts you have in place. You are free to focus on all areas of your business as time allows or to focus on certain catergories such as IT or Insurance where you feel you are currently paying too much.
Once our consultant has gathered all the necessary information, we will contact suppliers and vendors to obtain better pricing quotes using Cost Saving Experts special rates and discounts. We will then summarise all this information in your Cost Saving Report which you will receive within 10 working days. We will not reveal your business or details to suppliers so as to protect you.
We are not associated or in partnership with any of the suppliers we contact, so you will be given completely independant and fair pricing. You do not need to follow our recommendations, but if you do you could be saving thousands of pounds. The Cost Saving Report will also highlight areas in your business where your costs are too high, allowing you to deal with them. We advise a repeat visit after 12 months so we can further assist you and offer more Cost Saving ideas.

Everything about Cost Saving Expert is simple, from booking your Cost Saving Business Review to receiving our final Cost Saving Report. Just follow these 5 steps and together, we could be saving your business thousands of pounds per year:-
Step 1
Contact us to book your Cost Saving consultation.
Step 2
Client to complete Cost Evaluation Summary document.
Step 3
A Cost Saving Expert will then discuss your current expenditure and areas highlighted in your Cost Evaluation Summary document.
Step 4
We will contact vendors and suppliers on your behalf to obtain better pricing. We will send you your Cost Saving Report within 10 working days.
Step 5
After 12 months we advise you to book your next consultation to discuss your changes and perform a further review.
Our Offsite Cost Saving Reviews work in exactly the same way as the Online Review, except that all communication takes place via e-mail and telephone, rather than a consultant visiting you at your site. This can make the Offsite Review take a little longer to complete, but it does mean that your staff can deal with our questions at a convienent time rather than having to take a whole day out of their schedule to meet our consultant.
Our Offline Reviews are considerably cheaper too and when you are in the process of trying to save costs, Cost Saving Expert is happy to help you reduce costs at every opportunity.
